Our tutor selection process for the U.S. admissions and standardized testing programs sets a significantly higher bar than traditional tutoring services. Every instructor is handpicked through a rigorous multi-stage evaluation that includes expert interviews, mock instruction sessions, and subject-specific assessments.

We only work with tutors who have scored in the 99th percentile on the SAT or ACT and who have substantial experience guiding students toward top-tier U.S. university admissions.

We do not compromise on instructional quality. All tutors must demonstrate deep mastery of the exam content and the ability to teach beyond rote techniques, explaining concepts clearly, adapting to student thought processes, and offering nuanced strategies under pressure. Many of our tutors could sit the SAT today and achieve near-perfect scores without preparation and that’s the standard we require.

Many of our strategists are graduates of top U.S. institutions, including Ivy League and other top 20 universities and some bring prior experience in admissions offices or private consulting.What sets our program apart is not only who we hire, but how we train them. All strategists complete a rigorous in-house training program focused on U.S. college admissions trends, application strategy, essay positioning, and student mentorship. This ensures they are equipped to guide students through the full application lifecycle, from crafting balanced college lists to developing compelling personal narratives and refining Common App submissions.
